The breakfast included a good mix of international dishes. There was a wide selection of beverages. The hotel is close to the bus stop and metro station. Plenty of restaurants were open late into the night.
I requested a quilt for the sofa bed on the first day, i was told it would be brought soon. I checked out after two days but the quilt never arrived (i waited so long!). The safe in the room was not working, and no one came to fix it after I reported it.

the staff in the breakfast area were friendly i appreciated sahil and sewandi made a surprise thank you cake for us the housekeeping cleaners rita and suman kept the room nice they provided extra bath towels when we wanted
the hot water stopped working on the second night we got upgraded to a better room the upgraded room locked us out the key cards did not work furniture is old and scratched up

i got a twin room sofa bed pool view complimentary transfer to deira city center outlet mall. the room was cleaned every day. the staff was helpful and cordial. it is near the airport.
